New Fire Legislation - Transfer the Risk....
As from April 2006-7, various local fire and rescue authorities will have the job
of ensuring that businesses have lived up to their responsibilities. All
fire risk assesments and hazards must be identified.
All tests and certificates
for fire detection, smoke ventilation, means of escapes and other associated
plant must be ready for inspection.
The legislation recognises that there is always going to be some residual
