Maintenance free highly powered spindle stroke actuator load tested to prove strength and stability, particularly suitable for natural and smoke ventilation applications, such as rooflights and flaps. The linear actuators are high temperature tested and a perfect solution for smoke and heat exhaust applications and can be used regularly for natural ventilation. Our Linear Spindle Actuators have been successfully tested as an operating mechanism on a natural smoke and heat exhaust ventilator as DIN 18232 and are particularly suitable for medium to heavy loads, smoke flaps and roof lights. Maintenance-free, highly powered spindle stroke actuators have been load tested to prove strength and stability. They have also been high temperature tested, they are a perfect solution for smoke and heat exhaust applications and can be used regularly for natural ventilation, in addition to being life cycle tested at full load to DIN 18232 part 3. Corrosion resistant silver anodised body with stainless steel shaft. Slim all round profile with versatile clamp rings and various mounting brackets it is modern in design and fully adaptable in application. Chain Actuator
A Maintenance-free chain actuator suitable for high loads.WIth a silver anodized finish, our range has been high temperature tested and is a perfect solution for smoke and natural ventilation applications. With versatile fixing arrangements, it is suitable for all types of windows, AOV´s and ventilators. It comes with a manual release clutch for ease of setting out and installation, an integral end switch, low-current high efficiency motor, and an electronically controlled overload cut out. Chain tension adjustment setting to achieve optimum balance with smooth and quiet operation. It is also supplied with a stainless steel roller chain for long life and strength and a 5 metre fire resistant silicone based trailing lead offering high flexibility (FRNC-LSIHSI FE90). Various types of mounting brackets are available.
